We are looking for a strong Business Development / Sales professional to join our growing Facility Management company.
This is NOT a general sales role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the Facility Management / Housekeeping / Security / Manpower Services industry and knows how to bring business.
Who are we looking for?
• 2–3+ years of experience in Facility Management sales / business development
• Someone who already understands B2B sales and facility management contracts
• A go-getter who actively hunts for opportunities rather than waiting for leads
• Strong in lead generation, cold calling, client meetings and follow-ups
• Someone who can identify decision-makers such as Admin, Facility, Procurement, HR and Operations teams
• Confident in presenting our services, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Serious about targets, performance and career growth
• Willing to travel for client meetings and do field sales when required
What we are looking for most
Attitude + ownership + ability to close.
We don't want someone who simply makes calls and sends quotations.
We want someone who can say:
“Give me the market. I will find the opportunities, meet the right people and bring the business.”
If you have a good network in the Facility Management / Corporate / Commercial / Residential / Industrial segment and have successfully brought in FM contracts before, we would definitely like to hear from you.
