ABOUT THE POSITION
This role will support end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, and dispatch processes in line with company standards. The role involves managing inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and compliance with hygiene and safety norms. We would be happy to hire someone who is fearless, big dreamer, entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic and an incisive co-worker.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges
• Atleast 3 years of Warehouse experience
• Process oriented
• Positive attitude and ability to work with team
• Convincing power to manage vendors
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Purchase of daily needs for restaurants
• Coordinating with operations team to carry out supply process smoothly
• Placing of Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for delivery
• Follow up with finance for any pending payments
• Monitoring the placing of indents daily within cut off time
• Keeping records for late indent, GRN missing, wrong GRN
• Checking the GRN for the past Purchase Orders
• Informing stores for any kind of GRN missing, late indent and short supplies
• Placing Purchase Order after carefully checking the indent
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Well-versed with excel
