🍽️ We're Hiring: Restaurant/Operations Manager (Bangalore)
Jalsa, a growing food company based in Bangalore, is looking for an experienced Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help us scale.
What we're looking for: 📍 Based in Bangalore, with solid local market experience 🍴(2-4 years of experience in FMCGE distribution)
Prior experience managing operations in the food/hospitality industry 👥
Strong people management and vendor coordination skills 📊
Comfortable owning P&L, inventory, and staffing decisions ⚡
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
What you'll do:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Drive customer experience and operational efficiency
- Report directly to leadership on performance and growth
