For 13 years, Wellness Vibe has taken sound as a path to healing from an ancient practice into the Indian mainstream. Our work has been recognized by UNESCO and the Times Group, and has earned the attention of Tata Memorial and Cooper Hospital. Now we are building and naming a new category, DNA Repatterning, and we need a leader to build the growth engine behind it.
About the RoleYou will own the entire revenue engine: the marketing that brings people in and the sales that turns them into clients. This is a marketing led role. You will report to the CEO and work closely with our Founder, who delivers our core webinar and shapes our positioning.
What You Will Do- Run our paid acquisition engine and direct the performance agencies behind it
- Build our organic and content engine to establish DNA Repatterning as a category
- Hold our sales team accountable to targets
- Build a one to one funnel that uses the time between webinar cycles
- Keep our brand and category language consistent across every channel
- Build PR and authority from the credibility we already have
What We Are Looking For- 7 or more years in marketing leadership, with real ownership of a performance marketing engine
- A track record of owning a revenue number
- Comfort directing agencies and holding a sales team to targets, even if you did not come up through sales
- Strong command of positioning and messaging
- Experience turning a founder's vision into an executable plan
- Genuine interest in building a category
What Success Looks Like
- Overall revenue greater than ₹1.5 crore per cycle
- Approximately 5,146 L0 registrations per cycle
- Blended cost per registration at or below ₹1,000
- Show up rate of at least 60 percent
- Approximately 309 L1 closes, 52 L2 closes, 10 to 11 L3 closes, and 93 Direct Sell closes per cycle
- Category defining content published on a weekly cadence
- Direct involvement in our category creation milestones: documented strategy, executed content, and a successful Lightning Strike
WORKING HOURSWork Mode: Hybrid
Working Days: Monday to Satuday
Compensation: ₹1,20,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month based on experience and fit.
