Role Description This is a full-time, on-site VMC/CNC Programmer role based in Noida. The VMC/CNC Programmer will interpret technical drawings and job specifications, develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and related machining operations, and set up machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and offsets. The role involves conducting trial runs, adjusting programs and parameters to achieve required tolerances and surface finish, and monitoring production to maintain quality and productivity. The programmer will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve machining issues, support continuous improvement, and maintain accurate documentation of programs, process sheets, and machine settings. Routine responsibilities also include adhering to safety and quality standards, performing basic machine maintenance, and supporting training and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in CNC Programming and Programming for VMC and other CNC machining centers.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling, including tool selection, cutting parameters, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in interpreting Technical Drawing, including GD&T, tolerances, and machining symbols.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in precision machining for automotive, aerospace, or industrial components will be beneficial.
- Knowledge of CAM software, CNC controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or similar), and basic CAD tools is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and capability to work effectively in a structured manufacturing environment are expected.
