Job details:
Visual Content Producer
(Photography • Films • Reels • Fashion Storytelling)
If you can make jewellery look irresistible before someone even knows the price…
We should talk.
At Rasa Silver Stories, we’re building one of India’s fastest-growing jewellery brands.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just shoot beautiful videos.
We want someone who creates desire.
Someone who understands that jewellery isn’t photographed…
It’s experienced.
The sparkle.
The texture.
The movement.
The skin tones.
The styling.
The lighting.
The tiny details that make someone stop scrolling and think…
“I need this.”
If you’ve ever watched brands like Amama, Mortantra, Jacquemus, AJE, Mejuri or luxury fashion campaigns and thought, “I could create something even better,” you’ll probably love this role.
⸻
What You’ll Build
You’ll own how the world sees Rasa.
Every Reel.
Every campaign.
Every product launch.
Every fashion shoot.
Every behind-the-scenes moment.
Every viral content idea.
Every visual that makes someone fall in love with a piece of jewellery.
You’ll work closely with our founders, content team, creators, stylists and marketing team to create content that people don’t just watch…
They save it.
Share it.
And buy because of it.
⸻
What You’ll Do
* Shoot premium jewellery photography and cinematic videos.
* Create Instagram-first Reels that feel native—not like advertisements.
* Concept, storyboard and execute original content ideas.
* Build campaigns around launches, festivals, weddings and brand moments.
* Capture creators, customers and real moments beautifully.
* Master jewellery lighting, reflections, textures and close-up cinematography.
* Style shots that feel luxurious, fashionable and editorial.
* Edit videos with strong hooks, storytelling and retention.
* Experiment with new content formats before everyone else does.
* Constantly raise the visual benchmark of the brand.
⸻
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
* Has experience shooting fashion, jewellery, beauty or luxury brands.
* Understands how different metals, gemstones and finishes behave under light.
* Knows how to make jewellery sparkle naturally without looking over-edited.
* Has an exceptional understanding of lighting, colour, composition and styling.
* Thinks beyond product shots and creates stories around products.
* Can direct models, creators and real people with confidence.
* Understands Instagram, YouTube and short-form storytelling.
* Notices trends before everyone else.
* Is obsessed with visual quality.
⸻
Huge Bonus If…
* You’ve worked with jewellery, fashion or beauty brands.
* You have a portfolio filled with cinematic Reels and premium product films.
* You’re equally comfortable behind the camera and directing creative shoots.
* You naturally think in content everywhere you go.
* You understand colour grading, motion, pacing and visual storytelling.
* You’ve created videos that people couldn’t stop watching.
⸻
Your Equipment Doesn’t Impress Us.
Your Eye Does.
We care less about which camera you own.
We care about whether you can walk into an ordinary room and create something extraordinary.
Whether you understand that one small lighting adjustment can completely change how a necklace feels.
Whether you know how to create luxury—not just record it.
⸻
Why Join Rasa?
You’ll have creative freedom very few brands offer.
You’ll work on campaigns that reach millions.
You’ll travel for launches, creator collaborations and brand films.
You’ll experiment, fail, learn and create work that pushes the industry forward.
Most importantly…
You’ll help define the visual language of a brand that’s on a mission to become India’s most loved jewellery brand.
If you’re obsessed with beautiful visuals, storytelling and creating content people can’t stop watching…
We’d love to see your work.
