AI Content Creator — E-commerce
Babaclick Trading Private Limited
📍 Babaclick HQ, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram · In person
Turn ideas into AI-generated content—and content into revenue.
We’re launching a new division within Babaclick to discover product opportunities, create compelling AI-generated content, and turn those ideas into sales.
We’re looking for an experienced creator who combines excellent creative judgment with commercial curiosity. Someone who can spot an opportunity, produce exceptional videos, test their ideas, and use the results to decide what happens next.
Your portfolio is your application.
About Babaclick
Babaclick operates in international e-commerce, with an India-based team supporting a broader business spanning product sourcing, marketplace selling, technology, and fulfilment.
Our existing operation sells across international marketplaces. Behind those channels are established teams and processes for sourcing products, managing catalogues, processing orders, and getting goods to customers.
We’re now building a new division that brings social media discovery, AI content creation, and e-commerce execution together.
You’ll be applying your creative skills to real products and commercial opportunities, with an existing operation behind them.
The opportunity
This is a new division, and you’ll help discover the formula.
The division is currently in its exploratory stages. We have a commercial objective and will provide direction, but the creative approach, testing process, and repeatable model are yours to help develop.
The goal is to identify promising ideas and establish whether we can generate revenue from them through AI-generated content and online selling.
You’ll work in a startup-like environment where initiative matters. You’ll research opportunities, recommend what to test, make creative decisions, and take responsibility for understanding the results.
We want someone who enjoys figuring things out—and can explain what they tried, what happened, and what they would do next.
The commercial objective
Revenue generation will be the central purpose of your work.
Views, engagement, and shares help us understand how content performs. The ultimate question is whether an idea can attract customers and generate sales, with the potential to become commercially profitable.
You’ll help connect the full journey:
Product opportunity → Creative concept → AI-generated content → Launch → Sales → Improvement
That means thinking beyond how a video looks. You’ll consider the audience, the product’s appeal, the reason someone would buy, and whether the results justify further investment.
What you’ll own
Discover opportunities worth testing
- Research social media trends, emerging products, successful ads, and audience behaviour.
- Identify products and ideas with strong content potential and a credible reason for customers to buy.
- Recommend opportunities with clear reasoning about the audience, creative angle, and commercial potential.
Create exceptional AI-generated content
- Develop hooks, scripts, storyboards, product demonstrations, and persuasive narratives.
- Produce finished videos using AI-generated visuals, motion, voice, and audio, supported by editing and post-production.
- Maintain a high standard of visual consistency, product accuracy, pacing, sound, and storytelling.
- Create variations that test different messages, openings, formats, and reasons to buy.
Launch, measure, and improve
- Launch content across relevant social channels and coordinate with the wider team on where customers can purchase.
- Use retention, engagement, clicks, conversion, and revenue data to understand what is working.
- Distinguish content that attracts attention from content that creates buying intent.
- Recommend which ideas to improve, expand, or stop, considering production and advertising costs alongside sales.
Build the process as you go
- Take ownership of experiments from initial idea through to findings.
- Document the workflows, creative decisions, and lessons behind your results.
- Help develop a repeatable approach to identifying and growing revenue-generating ideas.
- Communicate clearly when an experiment underperforms and propose a considered next step.
What you’ll bring
Proven creative ability
You already have a strong portfolio of AI-generated videos. You can take an idea from concept to polished output independently.
Strong storytelling and production judgment
You understand hooks, pacing, editing, sound, and what makes someone keep watching. You recognise weak AI output and know how to improve it.
Commercial thinking
You’re interested in why people buy. You can connect creative choices to product appeal, customer motivations, and measurable business outcomes.
Ownership and initiative
You’re comfortable working with direction while independently figuring out the execution. You make recommendations, take responsibility for decisions, and learn from evidence.
An experimental mindset
You can move quickly, test thoughtfully, and change your approach when the results challenge your assumptions.
Experience with product advertising, e-commerce, direct-response video, or content that has generated sales is especially valuable. Strong independent and client projects are welcome.
What success looks like
Success means developing a reliable way to turn promising ideas into revenue.
We’ll look for:
- High-quality AI-generated content that communicates a compelling reason to buy.
- Well-designed experiments that produce useful commercial findings.
- Evidence that your creative work contributes to sales.
- Sound decisions about which opportunities deserve more time and investment.
- A growing understanding of what can be repeated profitably.
We don’t expect every idea to succeed or every video to go viral. We do expect strong execution, clear thinking, and consistent learning. Commercial outcomes will be assessed in context with the wider team, including product selection, pricing, distribution, and fulfilment.
Why join Babaclick?
- Shape a new division: Influence its creative direction, workflows, and approach from an early stage.
