WE’RE HIRING | INTERNATIONAL VISA SPECIALIST
Are you an experienced Visa Specialist who understands international visa processes and can confidently handle applications across multiple destinations?
JOY-N-CREW VACATIONS LLP is looking for an International Visa Specialist to manage and support visa processing for our growing international holiday business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle end-to-end visa processing for international travellers
• Understand visa requirements, documentation and application procedures
• Review documents and identify gaps, inconsistencies or potential issues
• Prepare clients for visa applications, interviews and biometrics where applicable
• Complete and review visa forms and application documentation accurately
• Coordinate with VFS, embassies, consulates and relevant visa centres
• Track applications and provide timely status updates
• Handle complex and time-sensitive visa cases
• Stay updated on changes in visa rules, documentation and procedures
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Product and Customers
• Maintain accurate visa records and ensure timely submission of applications
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
✔️ Has 2–6 years of experience in International Visa Processing
✔️ Has strong practical knowledge of US, UK & Schengen visas
✔️ Has experience with ANZ, Balkans, China and Japan visas
✔️ Has excellent documentation and attention-to-detail skills
✔️ Can independently assess visa documentation and application requirements
✔️ Has strong communication and customer-handling skills
✔️ Can manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
✔️ Is comfortable working in a fast-paced Travel & Tourism environment
✔️ Keeps themselves updated with changing visa policies and requirements
YOU’LL HAVE AN EDGE IF YOU HAVE
• Experience handling FIT / customized holiday visa applications
• Experience with multiple VFS / visa application centres
• Experience handling visa interview preparation
• Knowledge of visa refusal / reapplication processes
• Experience coordinating with international DMCs and travel partners
• Strong knowledge of outbound travel documentation
