The Visa Officer will be responsible for handling visa applications, ensuring document accuracy, coordinating with embassies and consulates, and providing timely support to clients throughout the visa processing cycle. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end visa processing activities for various countries.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by clients.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, procedures, and timelines.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities.
- Track application status and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, rejections, and pending cases.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve departmental productivity and service quality targets.
Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, travel operations, or customer service will be preferred.
