Role Description The Visa Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for guiding students through the visa application process for various study destinations. The role involves assessing individual profiles, advising on visa options and eligibility, and ensuring accurate completion and submission of visa forms and supporting documentation. The Visa Consultant will coordinate with students and internal teams to track application status, address immigration-related queries, and provide timely updates on policies and requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, reviewing documentation for compliance, preparing students for visa interviews where applicable, and maintaining organized records of cases handled. The role also requires staying informed about changing immigration regulations, collaborating closely with admissions counselors, and contributing to a smooth, transparent experience for students and their families.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of immigration and visa processes, including Immigration Issues, Visas, and Immigration-related regulations.
- Excellent client-facing skills with clear, empathetic Communication and a consulting mindset to guide students and families.
- Prior experience in Consulting or advisory roles, preferably within education, immigration, or study abroad services.
- Ability to interpret and explain country-specific visa and immigration requirements and manage documentation with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in international relations, law, management, or education is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills and familiarity with IELTS or other language test requirements are beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
