Role Description The Visa Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the consultant will advise clients on visa options, eligibility requirements, and application procedures for multiple countries. Daily tasks include assessing client profiles, preparing and reviewing documentation, completing application forms, and tracking case progress. The consultant will communicate with clients via meetings, calls, and emails to clarify requirements, timelines, and next steps, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. The role also involves staying updated on immigration policies, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining detailed records in line with company processes and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Guide students through the end-to-end student visa application process
Collect, verify, and organise required documents (offer letter, financial proof, CAS/I-20, etc.)
Accurately fill and submit visa applications on relevant portals
Assist with SOP review and conduct mock visa interviews
Track application status and follow up with visa offices/embassies
Stay updated on immigration rules and resolve student queries on rejections or re-applications
