We are looking for a motivated and professional Visa Consultant & Visa Filing Officer to join our growing team.
Requirements:
✔ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
✔ Experience in visa counseling and visa filing preferred
✔ Strong communication and client handling skills
✔ Knowledge of study visas, visitor visas, and other visa categories
✔ Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel clients on visa options and requirements
• Prepare and submit accurate visa applications
• Verify and organize client documents
• Follow up with clients throughout the application process
• Coordinate with universities, embassies, and other relevant authorities
