Role Description The Video Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this position, the specialist will plan, shoot, and produce video content that supports branding, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include coordinating with designers and copywriters, capturing and organizing footage, editing videos for multiple platforms, and optimizing visual storytelling for social media, web, and client presentations. The role also involves maintaining video equipment, managing media assets, and ensuring all content aligns with Aquamarine Advertising’s design standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Media Production, with experience managing end-to-end video projects.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and familiarity with industry-standard editing software and workflows.
- Practical experience in Photography and New Media for creating engaging visual content across digital channels.
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams, interpret briefs, and translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an advertising, branding, or design environment is an advantage.
