We recently launched ATB – Activate The Brain, a podcast platform bringing experts and real-world voices into meaningful conversations around the brain and wellbeing.
About the Role - We’re looking for a creative Video Editor & Content Specialist to handle video content for ATB Activate The Brain and Enkeltec’s social media—from raw footage to polished podcast episodes, Reels, Shorts and digital content.
Key Responsibilities: From raw footage → editing → final video → social-media-ready content
- Understand ATB and Enkeltec’s content goals and translate them into engaging video edits.
- Edit 45–60 minute multi-camera podcast episodes for YouTube and other platforms.
- Create strong storytelling, pacing and retention through clean video and audio editing.
- Identify key moments, insights, hooks and turn them into Reels, Shorts and other relevant content.
- Create teasers, trailers, guest reveals, BTS, thumbnails and highlight clips.
- Edit educational, awareness, product, founder and expert-led content for social media.
- Repurpose content across platforms while maintaining consistent branding, quality and visual style.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- 2–5 years of relevant video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects and CapCut.
- Familiarity with Descript and OpusClip is a plus.
- Experience with multi-camera podcast editing.
- Strong skills in audio cleanup, colour grading, subtitles, B-rolls and motion graphics. Ability to create engaging social-first content for Reels and Shorts.
- Good understanding of YouTube-style editing, storytelling and pacing.
- Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.
