Job details:
Script Writer, Long-Form AI Series (US Audience) Bengaluru (Indiranagar). On-site preferred, hybrid or remote also works. 1 to 3 years.
You've written stories people binge episode after episode, with a hook every few minutes and a cliffhanger they can't skip. Now write them for the screen.
BabyBillion built the most loved channel among kids and parents on YouTube. Now we're launching a new channel of long-form stories for a US audience, produced through an AI video pipeline. You'll be the one writing them.
What you'll do
- Pitch and write long episodes of 20 to 30 minutes for US viewers, taking each one from idea to final script.
- Build characters and worlds that can run for seasons, not one-off videos.
- Write scripts that turn into scene-by-scene prompts for AI video generation, working closely with our Creative Director and the generation and edit team.
- Own retention through hooks, cliffhangers and pacing that keep people watching past the 10-minute mark.
- Study what US audiences watch and use what you learn in the next script.
You're a fit if
- You've spent 1 to 3 years writing serialized audio series, micro dramas, web series or other episodic fiction, ideally for US or global audiences.
- You write natural American English dialogue.
- You've shipped a lot of episodes on deadline, and you know which ones worked and why.
- You already use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude, or you're keen to learn.
- You want ownership, not a writing desk where you take orders.
Why join
- You'll be the writer on a new channel, setting the voice, the characters and the story style from day one.
- You'll write for a global audience on YouTube, where good stories can reach millions.
- You'll see your scripts come to life quickly, because AI production turns a script into a finished episode in days, not months.
- Your stories can become lasting IP, with characters that grow into series and spin-offs.
- You'll work in a small team that ships fast, with a direct line to the founders.
