Job Overview:
Our videos have collectively garnered over 800 million views so far across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I am seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team, specialising in short-form content like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

What you will do:
I am looking for someone who can create short-form content but is also versatile with long-form. You can expect to edit about 30 to 50 minutes of footage a month. Working hours will be 5 days a week, 10 to 6 (timing may vary, but flexibility will be given to complete videos at your own pace).
Minimum qualification:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing your work on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and similar tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube, and what type of content performs well on each.
Scope of Work:
This is a remote, 5-day-a-week role.
Standard working hours are approximately 10:00 AM–6:00 PM [time zone]. However, there will be flexibility to manage your editing schedule and complete videos at your own pace, provided deadlines are met and you are available for necessary communication and collaboration.
Compensation: Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate and will be based on skill, experience, and the quality of work.
