Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Video Editor is responsible for assembling raw footage into polished video content for ads, social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling. Daily tasks include editing and sequencing clips, applying transitions, sound, and graphics, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align visuals with brand strategy and campaign goals. The role also involves color grading, basic motion graphics, and optimizing content for different platforms and formats. The Video Editor will maintain organized project files, follow deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall production quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in video production and video editing for marketing and brand content.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
- Strong understanding of editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with designers, marketers, and copywriters.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in digital or brand marketing environments is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
