Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhubaneswar. The Video Editor will create, edit, and refine video content showcasing Absocare’s products, patient stories, and educational materials for clinical partners and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, adding graphics and text overlays, integrating audio and music, and ensuring brand consistency across all video formats. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to plan video concepts, optimize content for digital channels, and deliver projects within deadlines. The Video Editor will also manage video files, maintain an organized asset library, and support continuous improvement of video standards and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Canva).
- Ability to work with motion graphics, basic animation, and visual effects tools (e.g., After Effects or similar).
- Experience with audio editing, sound mixing, and music integration for clear and engaging video content.
- Understanding of digital video formats, compression, resolution, and best practices for web and social media platforms.
- Skill in visual storytelling, shot composition, pacing, and narrative structure.
- Familiarity with content creation for healthcare, medical, or product-focused environments is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Bhubaneswar.
- Relevant educational background in film, media, communications, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Job Location: Bhubaneswar
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation: As per market standards / Industry competitive
