Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhubaneswar. The Video Editor will plan, assemble, and refine video content for educational and promotional materials, ensuring that visual storytelling is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage, arranging clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, and performing basic color correction to deliver polished outputs. The role also involves collaborating with trainers, marketers, and designers to incorporate motion graphics, titles, and visual elements that enhance learner experience. The Video Editor will manage project files, meet production deadlines, and maintain high quality standards across all video deliverables.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting oversight, and organizing raw footage.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading to assemble sequences and maintain consistent visual style.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, and visual assets that support the narrative.
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar) and basic audio editing capabilities.
- Good visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and feedback constructively.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bhubaneswar, and strong time management to handle multiple projects.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video editing.
