Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhubaneswar. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including organizing raw footage, editing sequences, trimming clips, and adding transitions to produce polished content. Daily responsibilities include performing color correction and grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and product teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering high-quality videos within agreed timelines. The Video Editor is also expected to provide creative input on storytelling, pacing, and visual style to enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for integrating visual elements and animated content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and contribute to visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bhubaneswar.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a video editing or multimedia content role; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating recent work is highly beneficial.
