Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor based in Pune. The role involves creating, editing, and enhancing video content using advanced editing techniques, color grading, and incorporating motion graphics. Collaboration with the team to conceptualize video styles, selecting relevant footage, and ensuring high production quality standards will be expected.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video editing, graphic design, and digital creative production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and other relevant creative tools. Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in video editing, color grading, motion graphics, visual effects, and animation for engaging digital content.
- Excellent graphic design skills with the ability to create high-quality creatives for social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, thumbnails, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to conceptualize and produce compelling visual storytelling across multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and audience engagement to create high-performing creative assets.
- Experience in planning and designing creative concepts for paid advertising campaigns, including ad creatives, campaign visuals, and performance-oriented content.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and user-centric visual communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both video editing and graphic design is mandatory.
Location and Work Mode: This position is full-time and Baner, Pune-based, requiring 100% on-site collaboration.
