We are looking for a creative, confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Content Creator who can bring ideas to life and help us grow our digital presence across multiple platforms.
🎬 YOUR ROLE
As a Content Creator, you will:
🎥 Create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
📱 Plan, shoot & present Reels, short-form videos, educational & promotional content
🎤 Represent Arbor Academy confidently on camera
💡 Develop creative ideas around Education, Technology, Careers & Student Success
✍️ Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions & social media copy
📅 Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars & campaigns
🎬 Assist with video shoots from concept to final production
🔥 Stay updated with viral trends, social media formats & platform algorithms
📈 Create content that increases engagement, reach & brand visibility
✨ Continuously bring fresh and innovative content ideas to the table
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We'd love to meet you if you have:
🎯 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in content creation, social media, or video production
🎥 Strong on-camera presence & presentation skills
🗣️ Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi
💡 Excellent communication, storytelling & creative thinking skills
📱 Good understanding of social media platforms & current trends
🎬 Experience creating Reels / short-form videos is preferred
⚡ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
❤️ Passion for creating engaging digital content
🎓 Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Knowledge or interest in Education, Technology & Career Guidance will be an added advantage.
