🚀 We're Hiring | Social Media Executive | Pune (Work from Office)
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive (Fresher or 1–2 years of experience) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and building engaging social media experiences.
What we're looking for:
Good content writing and copywriting skills for social media platforms.
Knowledge of the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Basic knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization).
Familiarity with Canva for creating social media creatives.
Basic knowledge of the latest AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for content creation and productivity.
Strong communication skills and creativity.
Ability to research trends and generate engaging content ideas.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Photography and photo editing.
- Experience managing YouTube channels and podcasts.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance.
- Experience working with NGOs, CSR initiatives, or social impact organizations will be an added advantage.
