Lead the Contract Logistics business by driving strategic growth, operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance across multiple warehouse and distribution location
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth, profitability, and customer acquisition
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse, transportation, and distribution operatio
- Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and customer SLA's
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization
- Build and lead high-performing operations team.
- Strengthen customer relationships and support key account management
- Drive process improvements, automation, and compliance with quality and safety standards
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferr
- 15–20 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing multi-location operations
