Role Description The Vice President for Australia Opportunities is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Australia. This position is responsible for developing and expanding the firm’s Australia-focused immigration and visa consulting services, including strategy, partnerships, and market positioning. The role involves overseeing client relationship management, ensuring high-quality advisory services, and guiding teams that support applicants interested in migrating to or studying in Australia. The Vice President will collaborate with senior management to set growth targets, design service offerings, and maintain compliance with relevant Australian immigration regulations. Daily activities include monitoring performance, mentoring team members, representing the company in meetings and events, and identifying new business opportunities in the Australia segment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in immigration consulting, international education, or related advisory services, preferably with exposure to Australia-focused opportunities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive performance in a client-centric environment.
- Proficiency in business development, partnership management, and strategic planning within professional services or consulting firms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of immigration policies, visa processes, and compliance requirements; familiarity with Australian regulations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, international relations, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in immigration law or global mobility are an advantage.
