- Provide specialist guidance across platform programmes and projects, including programme definition, requirements analysis, business and technical design, and change control activities.
- Support Front Office teams with sales, relationship management, and implementation of regulatory and business-driven process changes impacting clients.
- Take end-to-end ownership of banking processes from ideation through implementation.
- Partner with Control teams to provide procedural guidance and support to Front Office teams.
