Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Sports Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sports facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in venue management, customer service, team coordination, and facility maintenance. The role requires frequent travel across venues to ensure smooth operations and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of assigned sports venues.
- Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with venue staff, coaches, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor bookings, customer queries, and venue utilization.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of sports equipment and facilities.
- Maintain inventory of sports equipment and operational supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and facility requirements.
- Support the planning and execution of sports events and tournaments.
- Monitor cash collections and operational expenses where applicable.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sports venue management, hospitality, facility management, or operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in managing sports complexes, turf grounds, clubs, or recreational facilities is preferred.
