Reporting to: AVP - Trade Credit Insurance
Branch: Gurugram
Job Summary/About the Role: Operations and servicing support for Trade Credit Insurance
Required Qualifications: Graduation or Post Graduation
Required Experience and Skills:
- 1-2 years (preferably in Finance & Insurance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge about Trade Credit Insurance would be preferred.
- Follow up for Policy & endorsement issuance with insurers and their booking in the system
- Placing limits with insurer & approvals follow-up
- Timely reporting of claims & extension of overdue accounts
- Follow up for instalments and buyer fees with PH
- Visit clients & support in documentation related to policy & claims
- Help in operational and servicing support
