Role: UX / Product Designer
Location : Bangalore (WFO)
We are looking for exceptional UX Designers with strong systems thinking and visual design capabilities who can design scalable, high-quality product experiences across complex product ecosystems. This role is ideal for designers who have shipped real products, worked on interconnected systems, and are excited about leveraging AI tools as creative and strategic collaborators.
What You’ll Do
● Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products.
● Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems across multiple products and workflows.
● Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and leadership teams.
● Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and elegant experiences.
● Use AI tools effectively for ideation, critique, iteration, workflow acceleration, and design exploration.
● Bring strong visual storytelling and interaction thinking into product development.
● Present design rationale, challenge assumptions, and drive thoughtful product discussions.
● Work on products that require deep systems thinking and interconnected user journeys.
● Take ownership of shipped experiences and continuously improve them based on feedback and insights.
Must-Have Skills
● Exceptional systems thinking and problem-solving ability.
● Strong UX and visual design craft.
● Demonstrable experience working on scalable design systems.
● Ability to use AI tools as a sparring partner for design critique, ideation, and iteration.
● Strong portfolio showcasing shipped/launched work.
● Clear articulation of:
○ Individual contribution
○ Original point of view
○ Explorations and discarded ideas
○ Product impact and rationale
● Experience designing complex product ecosystems or multi-product platforms.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
