Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as US Recruiters. This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in US recruitment.
Important Note:
- This is a 100% on-site role located at Science City Road, Ahmedabad.
- Remote work is not available. Candidates looking for or expecting a remote job should not apply.
- Candidates with more than 2 years of experience are requested not to apply.
- The role requires working in the US shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify candidates through job portals and online platforms.
- Review resumes and understand candidate profiles.
- Communicate with candidates and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and updates in the recruitment system.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Freshers are preferred; maximum 0–2 years of experience only.
- Candidates must be located in Ahmedabad or nearby areas.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with online tools.
- Good attendance, consistency, and commitment toward work.
