Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment – 100%
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, technical, and project roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage salary, notice period, offer, follow-up, and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in sales/solar/EPC hiring will be an advantage.
