We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters who can quickly shift between different recruiting models and priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
- Experience supporting Implementation Partners / VMS / MSP programs with a strong focus on speed + submission quality.
- Experience supporting Direct Client / W2 requirements, with deeper focus on candidate quality, screening, engagement, and fit.
- Ability to switch priorities quickly based on business and client demands.
- Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, ATS/database, Boolean search, referrals, and passive talent.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations, W2/C2C, rates, geography, and time zones.
- Strong technical screening, candidate engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proven performance across submissions → interviews → placements.
