Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience sourcing technical candidates, working with job boards and LinkedIn, screening candidates, and managing submissions and interview processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, internal databases, and other platforms.
- Recruit for technologies including Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
- Review resumes and conduct technical and qualification screening.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients/vendors and manage submissions.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with W2, C2C, and contract hiring models.
- Verify candidate work authorization and employment details.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of US IT recruiting experience.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing/recruitment market.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Excellent candidate screening and communication skills.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types and employment models.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with direct clients/MSPs/VMS.
- Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent positions.
