Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a good understanding of US IT technologies and work authorizations, and excellent communication with vendors, candidates, and internal teams.
This is a 100% on-site position in Nacharam, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT contract and permanent requirements.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Work on W2 and C2C requirements based on client needs.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, work authorization, location, rate expectations, and availability.
- Maintain strong and professional communication with vendors, implementation partners, and candidates.
- Follow up regularly with vendors regarding new requirements, submissions, interview feedback, and placements.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate RTRs and candidate submissions.
- Understand and work with US work authorizations such as USC, Green Card, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, OPT, and STEM OPT.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate and vendor network.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until onboarding.
- Maintain submission trackers, candidate records, and daily recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and avoid duplicate submissions.
- Work closely with management to achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of US IT recruitment experience.
- Strong experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
- Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, work authorization, and US staffing processes.
- Excellent vendor communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong candidate screening and rate-negotiation skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, comfortable speaking with US-based vendors and candidates, and capable of independently managing requirements from sourcing through placement.
Note: This is an on-site role in Nacharam, Hyderabad. Remote or work-from-home options are not available.
