To scale our US client delivery, we are building a high-impact offshore recruitment squad out of Lucknow. We need hungry, result-driven recruiters who know how to turn technical specs into billable placements.
π― WHAT YOU WILL DO
βͺοΈ End-to-End Delivery: Own requirements from requirement intake, Boolean sourcing, screening, submission, interview scheduling, and rate negotiations through candidate onboarding.
βͺοΈ Multi-Channel Sourcing: Master active & passive candidate hunting via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, and X-Ray searches.
βͺοΈ US Engagement Models: Source and place talent across all major tax terms: W2 | Corp-to-Corp (C2C / B2B) | 1099 | C2H | Direct Hire.
βͺοΈ Visa Qualification: Screen candidates accurately on US work authorization (US Citizen, GC, H-1B, OPT/CPT, TN, E3).
βͺοΈ Tech Screening: Evaluate talent across Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity beyond basic keyword matching.
βͺοΈ Rate & Vendor Management: Negotiate competitive bill/pay rates with candidates, implementation partners, and C2C vendor networks.
βͺοΈ ATS Hygiene: Maintain clean candidate pipelines, submittals, and placement logs inside ATS platforms (CEIPAL, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
βͺοΈ 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment.
βͺοΈ Solid conceptual grasp of US tax terms, work visa rules, and technical job descriptions.
βͺοΈ Strong Boolean/X-Ray query skills and candidate negotiation capabilities.
βͺοΈ Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
βͺοΈ Full readiness to work night shifts from our office in Vrindavan Yojana, Lucknow.
