Role Description The Engineering Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical positions. Day-to-day activities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating technical interviews. The role involves maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, evaluating technical skills and cultural fit, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Engineering Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, collaborate on workforce planning, and maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in alignment with company HR policies.

- Candidates should possess skills in technical and engineering recruitment, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle hiring for engineering roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, including partnering with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, and aligning recruitment with workforce planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in interviewing and assessment, including screening for technical competencies, behavioral fit, and potential for growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and relationship-building, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to foster strong candidate and team relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR processes and compliance, including documentation, reporting, and adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, and professional networking tools is an advantage.
