Vega Intellisoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for C2C, W2, and Full-Time positions while ensuring complete US visa compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals for client requirements.
- Recruit candidates for C2C, W2, and Full-Time opportunities.
- Perform recruiter screenings and evaluate candidates' technical and communication skills.
- Verify work authorization and ensure compliance with US visa requirements.
- Utilize Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Work closely with Account Managers to fulfill client requirements within timelines.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in C2C, W2 & Full-Time hiring.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good knowledge of US Visa Compliance.
- Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
