Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai - Onsite (Locals preferred)
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview and submit qualified IT professionals for client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate compensation, and facilitate offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology candidates.
- Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and hiring teams to meet staffing goals.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for and delivering talent to major implementation partners and system integrators.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets across software development, cloud, data, infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of US employment types, visa classifications, and staffing models (W2, C2C, and Full-Time).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
