Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical/IT roles in the Australian market.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening, qualification and interview coordination.
- Work closely with hiring managers, BDMs and delivery teams to understand requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular submission and recruitment status updates.
- Negotiate rates/salaries and coordinate offers and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills:
- 1–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for the Australian market.
- Good understanding of Australian recruitment processes and employment market.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and ATS/CRM tools.
- Ability to work with Australian business hours/time zones.
