Role Description
We are looking for a Fresher Technical Recruiter to join our Hyderabad recruitment team. The role will involve supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions in the European region. The candidate will work closely with experienced recruiters, use the company's internal recruitment application, manage candidate profiles and databases, and support sourcing and candidate coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify suitable candidates for technical job requirements using available recruitment platforms and databases.
• Work closely with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Post and maintain candidate resumes in the company's internal recruitment application.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database with accurate candidate information.
• Screen candidate profiles against basic job requirements and share relevant profiles with the recruitment team.
• Support recruiters with candidate follow-ups, interview coordination, and status updates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and assist with daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Ensure candidate information is updated accurately and confidentially.
• Support the recruitment team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable working with databases, web-based applications, and recruitment tools.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn technical recruitment and European recruitment processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet recruitment targets.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Candidates who are settled in Hyderabad are preferred.
