We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as US IT Recruiters. In this role, you will source, screen, and coordinate IT talent for US-based clients while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Success in this position means consistently delivering high-quality profiles, communicating effectively, and maintaining a proactive approach to meeting hiring targets.
This role supports our growing RPO operations and plays a key part in building a strong recruitment engine for our US clients.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate technical skills and role alignment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers in US time zones.
- Maintain accurate, organized candidate information in the ATS or tracking systems.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure clarity, engagement, and smooth process flow.
- Meet weekly hiring goals and submission targets set by the recruitment lead.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience through timely updates and professional interactions.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers are welcome).
- Located anywhere in India (Remote).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Interest in IT hiring, technical sourcing, and talent acquisition.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or sourcing tools is a plus.
- Language Proficiency - English and Hindi
