We are looking for enthusiastic and driven US IT Recruiters – Freshers to join our recruitment team in Kolkata.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a technical/IT background who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment and developing strong expertise in recruitment, candidate engagement, and US staffing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
- Develop knowledge of US IT recruitment processes, terminologies, and requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Freshers with a technical/IT educational background.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition.
- Comfortable working in a US shift.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in US IT Recruitment.
