US IT Recruiter – Job Description
Location: Gurgaon | Shift: Night Shift, 6:30 AM - 4:00 AM IST
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Work with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate rates/salary and assist with offer closure.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
- Good knowledge of US IT technologies and job market.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Canada recruitment experience is a plus.
