Job Description:
Megan Soft Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and sourcing candidates for various IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
Maintain strong candidate pipeline and client coordination
Negotiate rates and close positions within timelines.
Required Skills:
Experience in US IT Recruitment
Good understanding of US tax terms and visa types
Strong sourcing and communication skills
Experience with ATS tools like Ceipal/JobDiva is preferred
