IT Recruiter – US IT Infrastructure
📍 Location: NODIA SECTOR-3 India
🕐 Shift: US Shift
💼 Experience: Fresher to 6 Months
Working Days: Night Shift 10pm- 7AM
Monday–Friday + Alternate Saturdays
About the Role
TechifyCare is looking for an IT Recruiter with 6 months–1 year of experience, preferably in US IT Recruitment, to hire IT Infrastructure and Field Support professionals for US-based requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, job portals, and databases.
- Recruit Desktop Support, Field Support, Network Engineers, Data Center Engineers, Smart Hands, and IT Infrastructure professionals.
- Screen candidates based on skills, location, availability, compensation, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Manage candidate communication, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle multiple and urgent US requirements.
Required Skills
- 6 months–1 year of IT/US IT Recruitment experience.
- Basic understanding of the US IT staffing market.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Understanding of US locations, time zones, and work authorization.
- Comfortable working in a US shift.
Preferred
- Experience with US IT Infrastructure / Field Support recruitment.
- Exposure to Contract / Contract-to-Hire hiring.
- Experience with staffing companies or IT service providers.
