Role Description The US HR Onboarding role is a full-time position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a blend of office and work-from-home days. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end onboarding processes for US-based employees, including preparing documentation, ensuring compliance with company HR policies, and facilitating smooth transitions for new hires. Daily tasks include organizing orientation sessions, communicating benefits and policies, maintaining accurate personnel records, and collaborating with HR management and hiring teams to address onboarding-related queries. The role also involves monitoring onboarding metrics, recommending process improvements, and supporting broader HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting US-based employee onboarding processes.
- Working knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to explain and implement these in a clear, consistent manner.
- Skills in Personnel Management, with an emphasis on maintaining accurate records, handling confidential information, and supporting new hire integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience with US HR processes is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Mumbai and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
