Role Description The US Healthcare Staffing Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for ensuring that all healthcare staffing activities align with US regulatory, licensing, and client-specific requirements. This position oversees compliance processes for clinical and non-clinical placements, including credentialing, background checks, immunization and documentation verification, and adherence to federal, state, and facility policies. The role involves developing and updating compliance frameworks, creating standard operating procedures, and coordinating closely with recruiting, onboarding, and account management teams to maintain audit-ready records. The Compliance Manager monitors changes in US healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and client contracts, translating them into clear internal guidelines and training for staff. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling internal and external audits, resolving compliance escalations, working with technology platforms (MSP/VMS and internal systems), and collaborating with clients to meet agreed service-level and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in US healthcare compliance and staffing operations, including knowledge of licensing, credentialing, Joint Commission or similar standards, and federal/state regulations related to clinical workforce deployment.
- Candidates should possess skills in policy development, process design, and documentation management, with the ability to create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and audit-ready records for high-volume staffing programs.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and use of MSP/VMS platforms and HRIS or ATS systems to track compliance metrics, monitor expirations, and support continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and training skills to collaborate with recruiters, onboarding teams, external clients, and regulatory bodies, and to conduct compliance education for internal staff.
