About the Role
We are looking for a Legal Compliance Analyst with a law background and 0–1 years of internship or work experience to manage and monitor compliance requirements for our clients through our compliance management platform. The role will initially be based at our Head Office in Noida. Candidate will undergo 2–3 months of training, following which they will be deployed at the client site as per requirement.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Understand and Conduct research on Central and State laws, rules, regulations, notifications, and amendments across various industries.
- Identify and document applicable statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assist in tracking amendments, new regulations, and compliance changes.
- Develop and maintain compliance checklists, compliance calendars, and regulatory update summaries.
- Assist in structuring and organizing legal and regulatory content for compliance management platforms.
- Support the translation of legal requirements into structured compliance workflows, activities, and timelines.
- Review and update compliance content in the software system to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct documentation reviews, data validation, and quality checks to maintain the accuracy of compliance information.
- Assist in understanding client requirements and supporting compliance implementation.
- Collaborate with senior team members and internal stakeholders to support compliance research, content development, and client-related activities.
- Act as a day-to-day compliance coordination point between the client and the internal compliance/software team.
- Assist client users in understanding the compliance platform and its functionalities.
- Participate in client meetings/reviews and provide updates on compliance-related activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 0-1 years of internship or work experience with an Interest in corporate compliance, regulatory research, and legal technology.
- Good understanding of Indian Central, State and Local laws and regulatory requirements.
- Strong legal research and interpretation skills and Interest in corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
- Good command of MS Excel/Word and digital/compliance platforms.
- Ability to work independently at a client location, as person is essentially going to be embedded with the client and responsible for implementing/maintaining your compliance tool for them.
- Willingness to work in a technology-driven compliance environment.
