Job Overview
We-Care Staffing, a division of Brocus IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US Healthcare Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in the US Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment industry.
The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with healthcare professionals for various healthcare positions in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and communication skills.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update information in the recruitment database/ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in US time zone (Night Shift)
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and growth mindset
Qualification
- Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA, BMS, MBA HR, or related fields)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
