Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review US Federal and State Tax Returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Assist in developing tax planning and tax-efficient strategies to help clients optimize their tax positions.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated with changes in US tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely delivery of services.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
